The 2012 Form 20-F includes the audited consolidated financial statements of Industrias Bachoco and its subsidiaries for the year ending December 31, 2011, and 2012 under international finance reporting standards.

The 2012 Form 20-F includes the audited consolidated financial statements of Industrias Bachoco and its subsidiaries for the year ending December 31, 2011, and 2012 under international finance reporting standards. The company adopted the standards as of January 1, 2012.
