Chris Stoler has been named executive vice president and general manager of the Chore-Time Group, a leading worldwide poultry equipment supplier and a division of CTB Inc. The announcement was made by Doug Niemeyer, president and chief operating officer for CTB.
Stoler, most recently had full operational and general management responsibility for a $120 million Indiana-based division of RockTenn Corporation, a global packaging and retail displays company. In his new role, Stoler will be responsible for leading and providing strategic direction for the global Chore-Time group, which includes oversight of sales, manufacturing and a worldwide network of independent distributors.
Stoler’s extensive background in operational management and strategic development includes proficiency in manufacturing, tactical planning, product development, supply chain management and overall business performance. He holds a master’s of business administration from Indiana University in South Bend, Indiana, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. A native of the South Bend area, he currently resides in Cassopolis, Michigan.
Stoler stepped into the new role at Chore-Time following the resignation of Mark Stephens, who left the company to start a new business with his family. Stephens played an instrumental role in the integration of Chore-Time’s former egg, poultry and international business units into a unified global group, the company stated.
