Shareholders of ForFarmers Group B.V. have granted their approval for the acquisition of the British animal feed concern BOCM PAULS.
This means that, following approval from the relevant competition authorities and once a number of procedures have been completed with the works council, the acquisition can be finalized. This acquisition will create the largest compound feed business in Europe. The move perfectly matches the company’s strategy of becoming better through growth, according to ForFarmers, aligning with the company's ambition to make a major contribution towards the profitability of agricultural enterprises.
