Chore-Time hires Wills as design engineer

Grant Wills has been named a design engineer for Chore-Time, accordingto Jim Kraft, engineering manager for the business unit of CTB Inc. In his newposition, Wills will be responsible for designing and enhancing products forpoultry and egg production, which includes research and development, 3-Dmodeling, prototyping, testing, collaboration with other Chore-Time teammembers, and customer interaction.

Grant Wills has been named a design engineer for Chore-Time, according to Jim Kraft, engineering manager for the business unit of CTB Inc. In his new position, Wills will be responsible for designing and enhancing products for poultry and egg production,which includes research and development, 3-D modeling, prototyping, testing, collaboration with other  Chore-Time team members, and customer interaction. He will also provide on-site installation and testing of products as well as product improvements.

Prior to his employment with Chore-Time, Wills earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He then worked for two years as a quality assurance engineer for a precision machining company. In addition toEnglish, he speaks conversational Portuguese. Originally from Apopka, Fla., Wills now resides in Goshen, Ind.
