Pestell Minerals & Ingredients, a leading distributor of feed ingredients, has acquired Agri-Feed Products Ltd., a Winnipeg, Manitoba-based distributor of feed products with emphasis in Western Canada.
The acquisition provides Pestell Minerals & Ingredients with improved market access for several of their core products while adding new suppliers to their portfolio. The employees of Agri-Feed Products Ltd., including its founder Keith Patterson, will remain with the organization and continue supporting market development efforts from the Winnipeg office as employees of Pestell Minerals & Ingredients.
