The new report of fumonisin in corn came from Nebraska.
Previously confirmed reports of fumonisin in corn have come from:

- Illinois
- Oklahoma
- North Carolina
- Kansas
Deoxynivalenol
Previously confirmed reports of deoxynivalenol in corn have come from:
- Ohio
- Michigan
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Iowa
- Ontario, Canada
Aflatoxin
Previously confirmed reports of aflatoxin in corn have come from:
- Oklahoma
- Louisiana
- Kansas
- Alabama
- South Carolina
- North Carolina
- Georgia
- Texas
Zearalenone
One previously confirmed report of zearalenone came from Iowa.
