Meeting the challenge of Indonesia’s growing demand for poultry
Indonesia is the largest country in South East Asia with a relatively young, fast-growing and increasingly urban population of almost 250 million. The economy is prospering, and growth over the past decade has averaged in excess of 6 percent per year.
Indonesia’s demand for poultry meat is expected to continue growing, primarily driven by the growing purchasing power of the country’s expanding middle class.
