Gasa is full professor in the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences at the Autonomous University of Barcelona in Spain, having served as Dean of the Faculty from 2002 to 2005. Since 1996, his group has focused in part on the role of diet formulation and nutraceuticals in improving animal performance and well-being.
