Gainco offers checkmate checkweigher systems for in-motion weighing of meat and poultry. The weigher systems can weigh both bagged and boxed products against a variety of preset "accept" or "reject" parameters. According to Gainco, the systems can process up to 60 bags or boxes per minute, depending on product size, with a box unit capacity up to 70 pounds. The systems are constructed of 304 stainless steel tubing with a hermetically-sealed load cell design and NEMA 4 controller enclosure, the company says.
