The NAWI semi-automatic leaf lard puller is designed to offer precision and reduce physical exertion in pulling leaf lard. The clamping jaw of the puller is placed into the right position in the pig carcass by hand. The clamping jaw closes and automatically pulls the leaf lard from the bottom, upward and out of the carcass.
