The Baader-Johnson total deboning solution includes the Baader 886 InspeXtor hybrid x-ray and color vision technology that detects embedded bones and non-bone defects. The inspection system provides automatic defect identification, along with the necessary management information to improve the performance of upstream processes and suppliers. The 886 InspeXtor handles chicken breast singles, butterflies and tenders at a rate of up to 200 pieces a minute (100 per lane).
