Upgrades for the Gainco overhead systems optimize the efficiency of multiple lines through the consolidation and simplification of operating management requirements and improve accuracy with high speed weighing. The InterSystems software enables processors to treat two or more overhead lines as a single seamless system, instead of having to manage them individually. The software allows birds from multiple lines to be weighed and dropped at the most advantageous locations, without respect to which line onto which they were originally hung. The incidence of ‘out-of-range’ birds is reduced. The InterSystems software can be integrated into either overhead or belt sizing lines – linking together as many as four separate lines if desired.
