Avery Weigh-Tronix weighing system for feed-making applications uses a P911 throughput weigher that applies high-resolution technology to provide accurate bulk weighing of free-flowing solids. An E1310 programmable indicator controls the system. This stores the recipes and collects and records data, interfacing with the PC software supplied. Accuracy of weighing is to the nearest kilogram for each ingredient. At one recent installation the speed of the system doubled the amount that could be mixed per hour.
