The University of Arkansas Poultry Science Department offers undergraduate poultry science degrees with processing, production, business or science options. Also, Master of Science and Ph.D. degree programs are offered with specializations in avian parasitology, food safety/microbiology, breeding and genetics, poultry operations, poultry management, poultry products technology, avian physiology, immunology, molecular biology, poultry health and poultry nutrition.
