Petersime's turnkey hatcheries are available with various levels of automation, from semi-automated to fully-automated, depending on the hatchery size and requirements. The company offers different types of equipment for stand-alone automation to increase the hatchery's efficiency, such as tray washing machines, egg transfer and candling machines, an egg lifter and an egg store turning system. The energy efficient incubators provide up to a 50% reduction in energy needs compared with traditional incubators, according to the company. To control the hatchery, Petersime provides a control panel and its IrisLink network to remotely log in to incubators.
