The International Egg Commission presented several awards at its most recent conference:

Star Chick, Barbados, was awarded the 2011 IEC Golden Egg Award for Marketing Eggsellence.

Center Fresh Egg Farm, USA, were awarded the 2011Crystal Egg Award for their outstanding commitment to Corporate and Social Responsibility.

Burnbrae Farms was recognized as the 2011 EPI Egg Product Company of the year.

Howard Helmer received the 2011 International Person of the Year Award (Denis Wellstead Award).
