JBS hires executive director for meat products department

JBS SA has hired Alexandre Moreira Martins de Almeida as the executive director for its industrialized and further-processed meat products department in Brazil.

De Almeida will be responsible for the strategic planning and sales of further processed products in domestic and international markets. Most recently, he was the president of Novelis do Brasil, where he worked for six years.
