Goose producer David Bruce was chosen as the recipient of the 2011 John Adlard Memorial Award for newcomers to the field of goose production by the British Goose Producers.
Bruce began producing geese in 2011, after his customers began asking for geese in addition to turkeys from his Collings Hanger Farm, Prestwood, UK. The award was created to commemorate John Adlard, a former chairman of the British Goose Producers for 22 years.
