Triangle Package Machinery Company offers the X-series bagger, which can be designed to meet both U.S. Department of Agriculture and 3A standards, according to the company.
The USDA model includes an electropolished stainless steel frame, a stainless steel control box and washdown rated servo motors, an extended stainless steel top plate with a drain and cross members rotated 45 degrees to facilitate "drip-drain-draw," and stainless steel laser-sealed/bearing-free film rollers.
Triangle will showcase the USDA/3A X-Series bagging machine at the International Poultry Expo in Atlanta, Ga., at the company's Booth 4129, January 24-26, 2012.
