Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan set 2012 poultry import quotas

The Customs Union Commission of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan has set the countries' poultry import quotas for 2012. Russia's limits are set at 70,000 tons of boneless frozen chicken, 250,000 tons of frozen chicken parts and 10,000 tons of frozen boneless turkey meat.

Russia's limits are set at 70,000 tons of boneless frozen chicken, 250,000 tons of frozen chicken parts and 10,000 tons of frozen boneless turkey meat. Belarus has a quota of 15,000 tons of poultry and its products. Kazakhstan's 2012 poultry limit has been set at 110,000 tons of poultry and its products, according to the commission.
