Commodity & Ingredient Hedging LLC will host a seminar for pork producers, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on February 8-9, 2012.

The seminar, Margin Management for Optimal Pork Returns, covers fundamental background of the futures market including terminology, order flow and margining topics to position structure and management, as well as strategies for optimizing profits. The seminar will take place at CIH in Chicago, and includes a tour of the CME Group's trading floor at the Chicago Board of Trade.
