Sustainable packaging and bulk container company Orbis Corporation completed its acquisition of Cartonplast LLC's interest in the Cobi Plastics joint venture.
The acquisition will expand Orbis' service capabilities with additional locations to serve a wider group of customers, the company says. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
