PIC has completed the delivery of 1,071 high health breeding pigs from the U.S. to key account Gvardia in the Stavropol Region of Russia, the first delivery of PIC's to be sourced from the U.S.
The shipment will form the genetic core of PIC's pork production program and will drive expansion of the project’s capacity, to an output of 420,000 slaughter pigs per year.
