Coalition for Sustainable Egg Supply names Au Bon Pain as new member

The Coalition for Sustainable Egg Supply announced bakery-cafe restaurant Au Bon Pain as its newest member, offering a new video in support of the coalition's Laying Hen Housing Research project. 

A video that provides an overview of the coalition, a virtual tour of the three housing systems being studied, and a description of the coalition's Laying Hen Housing Research project is now available online. The Laying Hen Housing Sustainability Research project is a commercial-scale, laying hen housing research to evaluate multiple aspects of sustainability, including: environmental impact, food safety, worker safety, animal health and well-being, and food affordability.
