VION Food Group recently acquired gelatine manufacturer Eastman Gel from the Eastman Kodak Company.
Eastman Gel, based in Peabody, Massachusetts, will be part of VION Ingredients activity Rousselot. The acquisition contributes to Rousselot's strategy of worldwide presence in gelatine and proximity to customers, the company says.
