Iowa State University is seeking applications for a nine-month, tenure-track faculty position in Food Science at the Assistant Professor level in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition.
The successful candidate will be expected to have a focus on research and establish a productive program with strong extramural support. Preference will be for candidates with research expertise in food chemistry, food toxicology or food microbiology that enhances one or more signature areas of the department.
