Poultry company Case Foods Inc. has appointed Kevin L. Phillips to the positions of president and chief operating officer, and Michael Popowycz to the positions of vice chairman and chief financial officer, according to the company. Phillips succeeds David Van Hoose, who is retiring.
Popowycz has been with Case Foods since 1987 and has served as the company's corporate controller and corporate treasurer. He has also been on the board of directors since 2005. Phillips was previously the company's vice president of sales and marketing, and has also served as sales manager, food service sales manager and director of marketing since joining Case Foods in 1999.
