Indonesia reports fourth 2012 bird flu death

The boy had been suffering from a high fever and breathing difficulties for more than a week. Tests showed he was infected with the H5N1 virus. He is the fourth person to die in Indonesia of bird flu in 2012, and raises the overall death toll to 154 since the virus was first introduced in 2005.

A 19-year-old woman died of the virus on February 13 on the outskirts of Jakarta, becoming Indonesia's third victim in 2012.
