Nuscience Group introduced a new feed additive, Shellbiotic, at Victam Asia in February.
The company also presented the results obtained in India and Thailand with the additive, which was developed for feeds for breeders and layers. Shellbiotic results in improved albumen quality and egg shell, which in turn positively influences the persistency of lay in the second phase, according to Nuscience.
