The Nottingham Feed Conference, held in the UK, has announced dates for June 2012.

Held annually since 1967, the conference previously took place in early January every year, at the University of Nottingham Sutton Bonington Campus in central England. The next event has been moved to mid-year to allow greater representation from other countries, said the organizers when announcing dates of June 27–28 and a program that will discuss global food security in an animal production content and the future of livestock improvement, as well as nutrition-oriented topics for each major farm species.

June also has been chosen by Britain’s Society of Feed Technologists to stage a one-day feed event near the Midlands city of Coventry. This Society of Feed Technologists Feed Production Exhibition and Conference will take place on June 14.
