USPOULTRY 2012 FeatherFest 'Best Of' winners announced

The U.S. Poultry & Egg Association and the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau have announced the 2012 FeatherFest "Best Of" winners. The FeatherFest event was held during the International Poultry and Feed Expo week in Atlanta, Ga., held in January; the competition included more than 60 restaurants creating the best poultry appetizers and entrees.

The U.S. Poultry & Egg Association and the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau have announced the 2012 FeatherFest "Best Of" winners.

The FeatherFest event was held during the International Poultry and Feed Expo week in Atlanta, Ga., held in January; the competition included more than 60 restaurants creating the best poultry appetizers and entrees. Two restaurants were recognized for their culinary efforts in the three categories:

Most Popular Entrée: Stuffed Chicken Breast – Ruth’s Chris Steak House
Highest Rated Entrée: Free-Range Statler Chicken, Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Haricot Vert, and Garlic Herb Sauce - Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse
Highest Rated Appetizer: Chicken Parmesan Spring Rolls with Marinara Sauce - Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse
