Agro-industrial company to construct Russian pig production complex

Agro-industrial holding Bio-tone has announced plans to construct a large pig meat production complex in September in the Samara region of southeastern Russia with an investment of more than $500 million. The new complex is expected to produce almost 100,000 metric tons of pig meat per year.

The new complex is expected to produce almost 100,000 metric tons of pig meat per year. The pig houses will be designed for 480,000 pigs and is said to be the largest in Russia.
