JBT announces $4 million contracts with poultry processor

JBT Corporation's JBT FoodTech business has signed contracts totaling in excess of $4 million with a global poultry processing company to supply portioning and freezing solutions. JBT FoodTech will supply and integrate multiple DSI portioning systems and GYRoCOMPACT M10 freezers, which the company says will improve operating efficiencies and further automate the customer's processing capabilities for various poultry products.

JBT Corporation's JBT FoodTech business has signed contracts totaling in excess of $4 million with a global poultry processing company to supply portioning and freezing solutions.

JBT FoodTech will supply and integrate multiple DSI portioning systems and GYRoCOMPACT M10 freezers, which the company says will improve operating efficiencies and further automate the customer's processing capabilities for various poultry products.

The projects are scheduled to be fully operational in the fourth quarter of 2012.
