G erman food processing machinery manufacturer company Baader Group has taken over the Illinois-based Linco Group, a majority of which had already been acquired in 2007.
Ralph Anderson Miller, CEO of the Linco Group, said the customer will benefit from the alliance as the common sales and service network will be across 70 locations worldwide.
Dr. Peter Form, technical managing director of Linco, said the company will expand its product range and enter the Asian market where food processing is still mostly done manually.
