Mac Process, Schenck AccuRate join sales and operations

Mac Process, a supplier of design/build pneumatic convey and air filtration systems, and Schenck AccuRate, a manufacturer and supplier of dry material feeders and weighing technologies, are joining as one provider in the marketplace to maximize synergies. Effective immediately, Jay Brown will direct the combined business as president and CEO and Dirk Maroske will assume the new role of chief operating officer.

Mac Process, a supplier of design/build pneumatic convey and air filtration systems, and Schenck AccuRate, a manufacturer and supplier of dry material feeders and weighing technologies, are joining as one provider in the marketplace to maximize synergies. 

Effective immediately, Jay Brown will direct the combined business as president and CEO and Dirk Maroske will assume the new role of chief operating officer. The resulting new business will make processes work by offering solutions in pneumatic conveying, weighing, feeding and air filtration to a shared customer base of global process manufacturers, according to the companies. In addition, it will leverage the respective strengths of both Mac Process and Schenck AccuRate including integrated sales teams focused on light and heavy industry segments; manufacturing capability and lean processes.
