The European Commission has launched another call for tender for a study on how to achieve reduction in boar taint compounds by breeding, feeding and management techniques. The service contract comprises a study on rapid detection methods for boar taint used or being developed at slaughter plants in the European Union, having duration of 24 months for a maximum price of €250.
