Fieldale Farms will use EAU Technologies Inc.’s Empowered Water technology for sanitization processes, according to a press release.
EAU Technologies' Clean-In-Place system provides non-toxic electrolyzed water, which is designed to destroy pathogens such as salmonella, E.coli and campylobacter.
Fieldale Farms in Baldwin, Ga., began using Empowered Water for the primary processing section of its plant in February.
