Dani Spies, NTF’s culinary video blogger and a Los Angeles-based health and food coach, makes Quinoa stuffed turkey breast.
In the video, Spies encourages at-home chefs to create an easy dish that doesn’t take a long time to cook. She stuffs a boneless turkey breast with a light mixture of quinoa, leek and cherries, along with flavors of celery and mushrooms. The turkey breast is then rolled and tied with twine and coated with olive oil for a golden finish.
