Just Bare Chicken has named the winner of its Just 5 Cooking Challenge and released a new online cookbook.

Lindsey Bjorge of Spring Lake Park, Minn., submitted the winning recipe, Marsala chicken with roasted garlic and caramelized burst tomatoes, chosen among a field of more than 250 cooks with nearly 11,000 voting. It will be featured in the January/February 2013 issue of Whole Living magazine.

Just Bare Chicken, a brand of all-natural American Humane Certified chicken, has also released its online cookbook. Twenty recipes from the 2012 finalists are included.
