Aidan Connolly, vice president of Alltech and associate professor of marketing at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Ireland, addressed more than 1,200 Chinese feed industry, academic and political leaders at the 9th China Animal Husbandry and Feed Technology Economic Forum, held in Beijing.
“By using advanced technologies such as nutrigenomics, China can rapidly transform itself to become the world’s most significant and most advanced player in the global feed industry,” said Connolly. During his presentation, he discussed cutting-edge technologies and summarized Alltech’s vision for the future of the Chinese feed industry in four points: consolidation, automation, consumer demands and precise nutrition.
