Soufflet Group launches fermented ingredient Bovimalt Plus

The Soufflet Group and its subsidiary Lyven have launched Bovimalt Plus, a new fermented ingredient dedicated to the ruminants sector. The product has been tried successfully in several applications for ruminants, according to the company, and must be used at 20g/dairy cow/day.

The Soufflet Group and its subsidiary Lyven have launched Bovimalt Plus, a new fermented ingredient dedicated to the ruminants sector. 

The product has been tried successfully in several applications for ruminants, according to the company, and must be used at 20g/dairy cow/day. Bovimalt Plus is produced by solid state fermentation at a Soufflet Group malt plant in France’s Champagne region.
