Refrigeration equipment manufacturer acquires new headquarters

Niagara Blower, a manufacturer of industrial heat transfer and refrigeration equipment, announced it has acquired a 100,000 square-foot-building in Buffalo, N.Y. The manufacturing and office facility will become the new world headquarters for both Niagara and Kathabar Dehumidification Systems, one of its subsidiary companies. .

Niagara Blower, a manufacturer of industrial heat transfer and refrigeration equipment, announced it has acquired a 100,000 square-foot-building in Buffalo, N.Y. The manufacturing and office facility will become the new world headquarters for both Niagara and Kathabar Dehumidification Systems, one of its subsidiary companies. 

With an existing plant a few miles away, the new facility will enable the company to meet increased demand, said Niagara president, Peter Demakos. The company plans to hire additional engineers, technical and skilled personnel over the next three to five years.
