Pharmaceutical supplier appoints senior vice presidents

Rochem International, a pharmaceutical supply company, has appointed two senior vice presidents. Marco D’Urso has been promoted to senior vice president of regulatory and compliance at Rochem International, while Robert Johnson has been promoted to senior vice president of animal health.

Rochem International, a pharmaceutical supply company, has appointed two senior vice presidents.  

Marco D’Urso has been promoted to senior vice president of regulatory and compliance at Rochem International. D’Urso joined the Rochem team in 2008 and in that time he has been committed to filing quality regulatory submissions, providing suppliers and customers with technical support, and ensuring that all of the company’s suppliers maintain the highest level of compliance. D’Urso has extensive experience working with many of China’s leading pharmaceutical and nutritional companies in all areas of regulatory, compliance and quality assurance. D’Urso will continue to expand the company’s regulatory and compliance department as he oversees the teams in both North America and China.

Robert Johnson has been promoted to senior vice president of animal health. In his previous role as vice president of pharmaceuticals, Johnson grew Rochem’s pharmaceutical prescription and over-the-counter business. Johnson was invested in developing The company’s Mannipure brand mannitol and played a key role in expanding the company’s Animal Health product line. In his new role, Johnson will have overall responsibility for the animal health category on a global basis. Johnson has 30 years of combined nutritional, pharmaceutical and animal health industry experience.
