Dr. Kristjan Bregendahl has been appointed director of technical services for Hy-Line International.

Dr. Bregendahl is responsible for the overall health status of the pedigree and multiplication breeding stock, establishing the nutritional requirements of the Hy-Line varieties, and providing technical services to customers worldwide.

He has worked with the company as a member of the Global Technical Services department since July 2008. Prior to joining Hy-Line, Dr. Bregendahl served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Animal Sciences at Iowa State University where he had received his Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition.
