CCS Poultry has announced its Poultry 101 course at Auburn University in Auburn, Ala. The course will focus on the poultry meat industry and includes hands-on laboratories and lectures filled up with up-to-date information.

The workshop runs from Tuesday, April 23 to Thursday, April 25. The registration fee is $690 per person. The fee includes all course materials, lab fees, notebooks, lunch and dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday, and transportation between the hotel and the university. Register online at www.poultry101.com.
