VIV Turkey 2013 to focus on poultry meat health, safety

VIV Turkey 2013, also known as the 6th International Trade Fair for Poultry Technologies, will be held June 13-15, 2013, in the Istanbul Expo Center in Halls 9, 10 and 11 in Istanbul, Turkey. VIV Turkey 2013 is one of the prime meeting points for the poultry sector with the concept of "From Feed to Poultry Meat & Egg Safety Products."

VIV's  feed-to-meat concept

Supported by Turkey's small and medium enterprises development organization KOSGEB and many other sector associations, VIV Turkey 2013 is one of the prime meeting points for the poultry sector with the concept of "From Feed to Poultry Meat & Egg Safety Products." 

VIV Turkey 2013 is organized around the concept of meat health and safety from feed through to the consumer, with health- and safety-conscious participants exhibiting products and equipment covering every stage of production from feed to meat packing. VIV's feed-to-meat concept covers the entire animal protein chain, from primary production to finished products. VIV Turkey represents all parts of the meat production process. VIV Turkey aims for knowledge and technology transfer between Turkish poultry sector and sector professionals and provides the international platforms to realize targeted development. 

The show will take place with the participation of numerous professional Turkish and overseas companies operating in the poultry, meat and feed industries. Companies will offer farmers, producers, government officials, meat processing companies, food wholesalers and other visitors information about the following products and services: poultry breeding and equipments; meat industry and equipments; meat products; feed production and supplements, feeders and mixers; veterinary instruments, medicines, budding and biological products; diagnostic laboratories; genetics and registration; packaging and logistics; animal health, hygiene, cleaning and sanitation systems; farm buildings and equipments; consultancy services; trucks, commercial vehicles; poultry breeding unions, associations and cooperatives; and banks and insurance companies.

Business-to-business, discussion opportunities

VIV Turkey 2013 exhibitors and visitors will be able to mutually ask for one-on-one business meetings prior the event through the VIV Turkey 2013 website by means of the newly introduced business-to-business application, and they can hold business meetings at the event. The poultry sector will be examined closer, and improvements and innovations in the industry will be discussed at the panels and seminars during VIV Turkey 2013 Exhibition.
