Dr. Barbara Masters, senior policy advisor for Olsson Frank Weeda law firm and Dr. Isabel Arrington, USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service, will speak at the 2009 Poultry Processor Workshop.

Masters will compare e.coli control programs in the beef industry with poultry industry control of salmonella.

Arrington will discuss FSIS's initiatives impacting the broiler and turkey industries, particularly new salmonella, campylobacter, and listeria standards.
