Feed ingredient supplier moves production to the Netherlands

Preconex, a feed ingredient supplier and a daughter company of Nuscience Group, has ceased production at Willebroek, Belgium, as a consequence of a production optimization project in the Benelux. Its production of protein concentrates has been transferred to the Nuscience Netherlands factory in Utrecht.

Filip Thyssen, managing director at Preconex, said, "Seeing the economic benefits of producing at a larger facility and the good location of the plant in Utrecht, we decided to stop production at Willebroek. We continue to focus on increasing sales in the Middle-East and African region and can now rely on an efficient and high quality production plant for years ahead."
