Topigs, a pig genetic supplier, announced the appointment of Alexandr Ievlev as general manager of Topigs CIS in Russia effective April 5, 2013. Ievlev has experience in the agricultural industry in Russia. Before joining Topigs, Ievlev worked in sales and management for an international feedstuff company.
Ievlev is very pleased to be joining Topigs. "I believe that working with Topigs genetics will allow me to have an impact on the result improvement of pork production in Russia. Yet I also see myself and my input as 'fresh blood' that will have a 'heterosis' effect on the company results on the CIS market."
