CC Industries Inc. (CCI) announced Feb. 9 that it has created a new company, Provisur Technologies, Inc., as the new parent company for CCI’s food processing equipment platform, according to a CCI press release.
Provisur Technologies will be home to the Formax brand of forming and slicing equipment, the Weiler brand of grinding and mixing equipment, the Beehive brand of meat recovery equipment, and the Young and Associates brand of forming equipment. Provisur will be headquartered in Mokena, Illinois.
